just use a decompiler and use hera src. he made an item scale and its called ItemRenderer and that modules is in visuals

not sure if you got it or not but in ItemRenderer at around line 80 you should see GlStateManager.scale just change the values that will only change some of the items so go to RenderItem around line 250 you should see another GlStateManager.scale also change the values of that
