I made a deobfucator to deobfuscate half the minecraft methods and classes
The killaura does not flag aac 3.3.9

Actually, Grax has it, it's basically renaming it back to it's original sourcefile attributes; Check "TheXent Skiddet" Video.
Works for Proguard // clients who forgot to enable that obfuscation method.

Edit: JByteMod has a place where you can edit the class name back to it's original, doesn't rename the fields/methods though.

I believe LordPankake (GenericSkid) had somewhat similar thing, there's was a video (which is down sadly) he showcased that he put in Minecraft 1.8.8 vanilla obf jar, selected the minecraft class and put in a deobfuscated one, and it almost fully deobfuscated everything so..
If you combine both of them then you get the same thing you did. lol
