Deltajector is used to bypass the launcher check and inject the Deltaloader which is an fml Tweaker.It's not a public obfuscator it's Drakar, your obfuscator

The Tweaker will download the DeltaClient ( the cheat ) using a web server and cache and inject it by transforming the forge class used for loading coreMods
