mc.objectmouseover Delay

Hello,
Currently I use mc.objectmouseover for my Scaffold because as far as I know its the most legit Way to Place Blocks and get the Facing, Vec and Position for BlockPositions as it is completely based on Rotations.

But I have a Problem with it, that is that it has a weird delay of maybe 100-200ms before it places a Block and I don't know where it is coming from and for that I wanted to ask you what the Problem with that could be and how to fix it or if there is a good alternativ for it

I currently use the Rotations from the Minecraft Source, just from Entity fitted for a Block or what do you mean?
