ive been trying for the past few days to try and code a blur, but honestly i got nowhere
if anyone has some knowledge on this topic please share it with me lol

nope, dosen't work, tried 500 different things with GL11.glScissor and it dosen't seem to resize it :/

for you glScissor is very heavy for perfomance, easier use gaussian blur with ready positions without scissor
